Maintenance interval

I looked at the service book and it doesn't really tell me anything. How often should I bring the car in for inspection? I'm at 17k miles. I kinda miss the Idrive in my 335 as it would always tell me what needed to be changed

When you first start the car, take a look at the odometer. It will tell you the number of miles remaining until your next maintenance or inspection.

Cheers

You are nearing Inspection I and it will indicate same when the computer decides it's time.

It will also indicate oil service interval, although I would NOT wait the calculated 10K miles to change my oil. Half that [5K] seems wiser to me personally.
