Part Help

Hey guys. Ive been searching for this part for what seems like hours now. Ive narrowed down the part diagram... But now Im confused as to which nut I need. Ive attached the part diagram, and two pictures of what Im looking at on my car.

For some reason, the drivers side only has the bolt but not the nut?? No idea what happened but I can't seem to figure out which nut it is from the diagram.

The nut goes over the side panel and the bolt goes behind a bracket that also supports the side mount for the headlight. Hopefully the pictures help.

Thanks!

Oh, also, the bumper bracket is also broken, so that might make the picture look confusing if someone has taken the bumper apart before.

The bumper has dragged along the pavement so much its broken like 3 brackets

Garage List
Would you be able to take a picture of it from another angle?

My first instinct was to look at the headlight assembly but this diagram doesn't show anything above parts 1 and 2.

Yeah, I cant seem to find that piece anywheeeerrreee on realoem. However, from looking at the diagrams, its seems more and more likely that the diagram I posted would have the bolt I needed.

I may also be completely wrong. :

Update:

So it seems like that part had actually nothing to with the fender. Was looking at Shipkiller 's post and it seems to be that this would be the correct diagram.... however... theres a bolt in the diagram... but no nut...
