common issue, you most likely have a bad seal. Here's what I did:
-remove bumper, then remove headlight -remove bulbs from the headlight -set the headlight down, and blast it with a space heater or hair dryer from the front (glass) side until all moisture is gone -buy some gasket sealer, or silicone, and you can use your fingers to go over the cracks in the area where the black of the headlight is attached to the glass. You know... the part that manufacturers seal up with glue or some shit thats it. Doesn't have to be super clean, its all hidden

it's usually just the gasket for the access cover on the back of the light.
I just cleaned it up & the moisture went away ......and hasn't returned

Like these guys have stated you have to dry it then clean/reseal it. I had to do that on my previous BMW. I even had BMW replace some parts and it still got moisture inside. After I sealed it myself the problem went away.

I had same problem, just remove the back access cover and use dryer to heat up inside to get rid of the moisture. take a vasaline and go over the gasket on the back cover. put it back in.
