z4mc vs. z4c3.0si

this may be covered in another thread somewhere, but i wasn't able to find it... (mods, this thread may be better served in another thread catagory? please move it if need be.)

so i'm looking through my old sales brochures, and low and behold i notice that the vehicle hights are different between the z4mc and the z4c3.0si. the kicker is...

z4mc = 50.7 inches
z4c3.0si = 49.9 inches

obviously, many things are way different. name any part of the suspension... or tires... we all know the m's have a taller sidewall by ~15/16", but that only accounts for ~1/2" (half the difference in overall diameter)...

why is the z4c3.0si lower at all though? also, the brochure for the non-m does not say whether the spec is for standard or m-sport suspension. is it possible that the 15mm lower m-sport non-m car is ~1.4" lower than a z4mc? what the hell is going on here?

The Z4M's suspension sits higher than the non-M.

I heard the lowest factory Z4s are the pre-facelift ones with the M-sport suspension...
