SEL: P0491 Secondary Air Injection System Insufficient Flow

Any ideas? I'm going to get it properly diagnosed soon, but wanted to get the group's input.

Since I'm only getting P0491 and not P0492 I can assume the pump is ok?

Could it be just that my headers need to be re-tightened? I got them installed a few weeks ago, so maybe with the heat cycling they need an adjustment.

Any thoughts or input are appreciated.

I had this code recently. In my case I just re-seated both ends of the tube that run between the pump and the manifold (the manifold end clicked when I pressed it) and the problem has not returned. Check the plastic pipe for cracks, too, it is fairly inexpensive to replace.
