Very slight vibration in steering

Need advice for what to check next.

I re-balanced all 4 tires. And checked all rotors for runout. Checked all wheel lug torques. At some speeds, all speeds below about 35 and at say 70, the steering wheel is perfectly still. Perfect. At 80 or 85, there is a slight vibration. It was worse before I re-balanced tires, but it is still present. It is very, very minor, but not as good as my Z3s or the E90.

What else can I inspect? Is there a bushing prone to failure or wear? Car has 26k miles. Oversized 245 & 265 Michelin Pilot Sports on Apex 18" wheels. All suspension is stock.

Totally ok solution: I am being overly sensitive and do not worry. It's my wife's car so I do not drive it often or know the car as well as my others.

I noticed this the other day on the interstate, too. I just purchased road-force balanced tires and wheels and thought maybe something was off, but if I went above or below a certain speed, it was gone, and that speed was around 80 MPH, and so it was probably there all along. I rarely drive that fast on a smooth straight road. Most of my driving is on country backroads.
