I like my VT1-445 on the street but not too impressed right now on the track. I am still on crappy Hankook V12 so I don't bring that much speed out of corners. But I might go Vt2-500 sooner than I taught

Exact!

And when I put the accelerator pedal to the metal mid corner at low speed like 70mph, I taught it was going to be more brutal.

I was expecting a bit more, I don't know why... Maybe I got used to my M3 and didn't remember how it was before I went crazy and caged it.

I'm pretty sure a 4.10 will help also. Right now, it doesn't rev to 8k fast enough for my liking.

yeah, 4.1 gears will really help your 3rd gear midrange.

Honestly, when its warmer than 60*F, my 3rd gear midrange isn't very impressive either. But then again 3rd gear is strong enough to put several car lengs on a JB3 335i. 2nd gear is very strong though all the way from 2000-8000rpm.

I got 60 miles on the car so far and I can definitely feel a difference but i dont know the true power yet since i've only taken it to 5000rpm, it feels kind of close to stock under normal driving conditions, they told me it'll take the ecu a little while to adjust and as i keep putting miles on it,the car will start getting used to the new software and the power will keep increasing, any comments on this?

As indicated to me by evolve, our ecus are one of the slowest adapting ecus and it will take quite some time for it to adjust to tune change.
Give it some time i would say, you will be happy about it

You should allow it to adjust to the redline too

the biggest impact IS above 5000rpm

yeah hes right remember the car needs to see all the rev range so i can adjust everywhere in the powerband otherwise you end up with an adapted car with a weak top end, im saying go and cane the crap out of the car but within reason explore the top end of the rev range once of twice....

VT1 is a great kit for the z4m!! i LOVED my time!! i will be ordered up on vt2- 550 within 2 weeks now, the money is nearly saved!!! wahoooo!!!

Looking at the core it seems very very good, we're I think this cooler let's itself down it's the outlets on the end tanks, they are just not thought out very well with no smoothing at all just a solid 90 degree bend which for air flow is a no no...
