valve adjustment in south Carolina

Does anyone know of a good place or good mechanic that dies side work in or around upstate south Carolina? I need my valves adjusted on my 03 non m Roadster 3.0I. Thanks allot for any information guys!

If you have an m54 engine, you have hydraulic lifters which don't require adjustments.

Are you having symptoms like a rattle at startup or something like that?

This may be a stupid question but this is my first z so how do I tell if I have the m54?

if its an 03 3.0, you have the M54
