My car fell off the jack. What should I be worried about?

I was cleaning my wheel wells; and removing the excess rubbers that came from doing track and autocross; so I lifted up only the rear passenger side using bmw factory scissor jacks to start cleaning, then removed the hand brake to rotate the rear passenger wheel when the car moved forward a little bit and fell off the jack. I know I should have put blocks or something behind the front tires but I'm an idiot.

All four wheels were installed and tightly torqued when it fell off however, so that makes me feel a little better since i have upcoming track schedules. Is there anything I should be worried about? Keep and eye/hear out for? Be checking for right now?

You should be happy you didn't get injured when the car rolled off!

How high was the rear of the car when it fell?

I would say that if the tire wasn't more than an inch or so off the ground (meaning that the rear end wasn't more than 6 inches or so, you should be okay.

I would be concerned if the rear got knocked out of alignment. An inspection of the control arms and rear camber arms should suffice if alignment not out.

1. Never use the BMW jack, it's crap.
2. Always use jack stands when the car is in the air.
3. Don't get hurt.

If it was only the rear that was lifted I don't think much have happened, or was it lifted really high? Hitting a pot hole at speed is way worse than falling down from a jack at stand still.

The lifted tire is about 3 inches above ground; then the wheel well opened up to about 5 inches wherein my arms could fit to clean the wheel wells.

It is fine. At Thunderhill Raceway in the clockwise direction, cars are 6-12" off the ground over turn 4 if you run the inside of the turn. The cars are fine. Now, the dukes of hazzard and ken block style is another story.
