Z4 M Ess Vt2-500 Has To Go!
2006 Z4 M Roadster ESS VT2-500 must go. The kit was installed new last summer. Car has 19,000 miles and will let it go for $32,000 or possible part out for kit if offer is right price. The car is in excellent condition, premium package, nav, power everything. The VT2-500 makes this car very fast. The car is perfect! I just need to unload debt for dream home purchase. |

Hi Beedub...sorry about not getting pics sent of intercooler. I actually did pull the bumper off to get the pics for you, but it was a project over my head once the bumper was off. The piping is seriously hidden, tucked, and a major pain the arse to get to. I may have to sell the kit as a whole in order to make this work. I would prefer to sell the car as a whole because I'm not sure I want to attempt pulling this off myself. Not sure what it would cost to hire talent for the removal.

Thanks... I hope so. This really is a great price considering the kit retails for $10,995 excluding tax and logistics. If anyone has concerns about the car, I'm sure Roman at ESS wouldn't mind giving his impression of this vehicle's performance while being put through the ringer. This was the car used for proto-type testing of the kit.

yeah you'll have to shell out close to $1k for the removal :/
I wish I was in the market. If I were you, don't drop the price any longer. Its a specialty vehicle that just needs the right buyer. Spread out advertising to cars.com, craigslist, autotrader.com, ebay, and maybe even the paper

fr7tdog i personally REALLY wouldnt want to remove the kit and sell the car sperately, hold out and sell the car as a whole, its way to much hastle and god knows what will break when replacing the stock parts, its always the way with cars as well all know!!
when i sell my car it will be as a whole.... no matter how long it takes ;-) |

Thanks for the encouragement. Definitely need the right buyer as most BMW drivers aren't really geared to think supercharged or turbo mods.... I think? I have 40 watchers on this car compared to 16 last time...so maybe something will happen this time around. |

Geez, I feel really bad for this car
How much are you looking for (in total) in order to part out the kit? What's "the right price"? Is it even possible to swap ECU's between two different cars? Doesn't the ECU pertain to individual VIN's? Last edited by mfanatic325; 01-18-2011 at 03:00 AM.. |

Just like many recently came on board, I wish it was available a few months ago when I was looking.
IMO, if you get rid of the bottle and A-pillar gauges, you might get more hits from those who prefer factory interior/stock looking car. just my 0.2 GLWS. |
