Is this steering wheel repairable or do I need a re-wrap?

Can I sand this down and use liquid leather or is this wheel pretty much gone?

whoa, that is pretty far gone. You could sand and paint but I think it will always look like it has been repaired, however if done carefully it can look presentable.

There are some nice wheels on ebay.

Well, the rep at Colourlock looked at the pics and concluded that this is beyond repair. I ordered a wrap from Amazon. Going to give this a whirl.
