Please tell me what this noise is!

The sound in the vid is a little off, but if i had to describe it to someone...it sounds like the sound snow makes when your walking in it...you know, that crunching sound... All 4 make this noise, the left rear is the most pronounced. HELP!! Yes, they are Run Flat...

I thought it might be a bearing, but if that were the case, wouldn't the sound still be present with the car up on a stand? I just did a brake overhaul, it made the sound before hand. It really sounds like walking in snow, or maybe rubbing your fingers on a wet piece of rubber...you know, how it makes that squeak kinda sound...
I am convinced it's the RF tires. I have looked around on various forums, and i see that there are mixed feelings when it comes to RF's....possible defect?

Was hoping someone else has heard the same sound...If its normal, then what ever, but if it isn't... ugh...

I love this car!!!...but mine is a money pit! Thank god i can do most of my own work, i feel sorry for those who have to go to the ripoffship.

""Update""

This is the sound of an under-inflated run flat tire. Thanks to a faulty Tire pressure gauge, i was about 5psi low. Got new gauge, filled them up, correctly...no more sound.

I believe you have an 03. Mine is an 04 and it's my understanding that tire pressure on these years is monitored using the abs wheel speed sensors. The system detects changes in wheel speed to determine pressure loss. The system does not detect small pressure losses well. My alarm and light did not warn me until one tire had dropped 5 pounds... so while it is useful to have a warning system in the case of a puncture it is not a good substitute for checking tire pressure with a good guage.
What guage did you replace?

I assume this is a RFT issue. I have never had tire noises like the OP with a 5psi drop in pressure on standard tires. The only way I know it is low is to check pressures. the car drives the same.

I'm getting rid of the RFT... They are so "quirky"... I had the right rear go down, took it in, no puncture at all... Put air in it, haven't had a problem since.

Make sure the sidewall that tire that was flat is OK on the INSIDE. Easiest way to do it is my shaking the wheel/tire on and listening for little tire particles bouncing around inside
