I don't drive the car often so not many more miles on it. I LOVE them for around-town driving. But for long commutes on the freeway, it still bothers me. They drone no matter what RPM at any throttle position in a cruising gear (4th or 5th). Then it's twice as loud under acceleration.

So I'm conflicted. The around-town sound is intoxicating, and the straight pipe design gives very noticeable HP gain. I actually made an impulse purchase of Remus Sports a few weeks ago, but maybe they will remain in the box until I do a road trip or something. I noticed that the Remus are not straight pipes (and heavy!), so I'm leaning toward the lesser of two evils and will probably stick with the Diablos the majority of the time.

Thanks for the updates. If and when you have chance, would you mind weighting the Remus vs OEM vs Diablo? Curious on the difference between all of them.

I can tell you right now that the Diablos weigh considerably less than the other two, which weigh nearly the same. I don't have a scale.

My 2 cents...

I have the Stromung cans and I love them! Deeper and louder than the OEM without the rasp or any droning, to my ears anyways. They sound great at WOT and when they heat up after a spirited drive, sound sooo good when stop sign revving!

I used to hate my car with the OEM cans, such a lame sound, I think I compared them to a Camry tho. These make my car sound like it should, a sports car with out the over the top bark of some of the others I have heard.

The tips also look good
