I gave my car a much deserved & long awaited garage space. When I bought my MC, one of my wife's conditions of approval was that she would not lose the garage spot for her Mini (A request driven by convenience, not protection from elements). We have what is technically a one car garage in San Francisco. Wide enough for 2 cars, but a 10 foot wide door. Fitting 2 cars would necessitate removal of 2 posts, and offsetting the cars in a way that either could get out without moving the other. I did a lot of planning, both in CAD, and taping out on the floor to make sure it would work. I finally pulled the trigger, putting in a bigger beam & required posts & footings in order to enlarge the parking area. I also had to move the main sewer line and clear huge amount of crap - 15 years worth of detritus. Much to my satisfaction, the cars fit with enough space to open doors & circulate. Getting in and out is a bit of a skilled move, but doable.

Phase 2 will be installation of cabinets in lieu of open shelves & epoxy floor.

Hi all, I've owned my Z4M coupe for four weeks now and have bought/performed the following:
Tinted the windows.
A new key and plastic "back-up" key (not sure why but it sounded cool to have a plastic car key)
Stubby OEM Antenna
Wheel locks ( didn't really buy them because my brother couldn't use them on his car after switching wheels so he gave them to me)
The passenger footwell net thingy
RE transmission mounts
CDV delete
Removed the plasti-dip from my wheels - that was not fun
I had the car checked by a reputable shop and it passed with flying colors.

I tried to order the Bilstein B12 kit but there seems to be a 4 month back order on this system. I might buy the H&R coil overs but I'm not sure if I should stick with something more simple like the Bilsteins.

Welp, I just pulled the trigger on Supersprint Powerloops and X Pipe!! Been telling myself for the past 3 years I'm gonna get them...so I got them! Trying to talk myself out of impulse buying EC7's...

Nice work funkle. That gives me inspiration to try to fit 3 cars in my 2 car garage. Unfortunately my other 2 cars are actually a truck (Honda Ridgeline) and SUV (Audi Q5). The Z4 might fit sideways in front of the Q5 for winter storage, but that would require the driver (my wife) to park within a foot of the Z4 without hitting it. Not gonna happen! She has no front camera and the sensors start sounding when you're about 3 feet away!

Pagid RS29 pads for my first track day down here in South Florida at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Waited 7 weeks for these to get here from Germany. Also my first track day with my AP Racing BBK. If this doesn't solve my brake fade, I give up!

Also waiting for the KW Clubsports I purchased from Finnegan, who purchased from inTgr8r (they get around!). And finally, this completes the mods for the Z4M. No really, it does.

Quite a few little things:

- oil
- oil filter
- matte black grills
- Axis ceramic pads for the rear to go with my Brembo rear BBK conversion
- new BMW brake rotors for the rear
- dropped off Stoptech St40 front calipers and Porsche Boxster S rear Brembo calipers to be painted a surprise color

I'm hoping to have my Stoptech front BBK and Brembo conversion installed late next week, then coilovers shortly after. I'll be using Stoptech stickers on the front and rear calipers once they are painted, just so the logos match.

Btw, love those seats above!

You got it.

Just received my new Zimmerman rear brake rotors I'll be using with the near Brembo calipers. Only thing I'm waiting on now are for the calipers to be painted and the brake pads for the rear. I might take a couple teaser shots of the wheels/calipers installed, but no total shots until the coilovers are installed as I dread the "jacked" look. Hah.

Bought a bunch of stuff for my coupe!

Z4m steering wheel
Bilstein replacement shocks
Rubber suspension components
Valve cover gasket
Camshaft adjustment gasket
Eccentric shaft sensor gasket
3M carbon fiber vinyl for the dash

Trying to stop a small leak into my spark plugs (which I found out upon changing them a few weeks ago) and refreshing the suspension. At that point I couldn't stop myself so I bought the Z4M wheel and also the carbon fiber vinyl

Those came out really nicely. If I didn't have a dent in one of mine, I'd consider this strongly.
