BMW z4 Wheel fitment

I Drive a 2004 BMW 2.5i, and im trying to buy some tires+rims just to remove my stock 16s.
I came across this,

he said they are 18x8 front and 18x9 rear.
45/40 18, is what he said. Now im not sure if this will fit my car perfectly with out any spacers or modifications.
i know these are affordable, and reps, but hey, im a broke college student, just trying to give my car some looks.
im riding on stock suspension. If use the search bar vigorously but could not find a good answer. Thank you!

assuming they're not stolen with tires at that price they'll fit, buy em

well reason why they are affordable, the tires are cheap, BUT yet decent. Achilles. I heard they are good tires but wont last long, but ill make them last. I rarely do aggresive driving or track my car, just regular daily use and speed limit friendly
I might buy them in a couple hours, hopefully they fit or wont rub, Thanks for the help "speddmn" I have someone to blame now, if they don't fit, ahaha. Will post pics!

yeah,it was a great deal, and fitment was great, no rub whatsoever, and Achilles tires are probably one of the best "budget tires." Sorry for the quality, picture was taken from an iPhone.
