Are stock Continental Z4M tires run flats? Got a screw.

Hi I picked up a screw in my tire today. Are the stock Continental tires on the Z4M run flats or regular tires? I know my old SI had run flats, but I thought Ms do not have run flats. I went to get the tire fixed, but the shop was closed, so I went to just tires and they wouldn't touch it.

It's great if they are not run flats...I imagine with the mobility kits stock on the car it's not, but I figured I ask the members here. Appreciate if you know to reply.

P.s. America's tire will fix run flat FYI.

They are normal tires - not run flats.
