Yup, it's just crazy. It is actually a horrible purchase as you can buy an 08 CPO'd car for much less money and get a 2 years/50k of full warrantee as well as the extended one. This is my logic at least of making a dealer purchase. They actually offered me 39.9k for car ...

This car your just spending a fortune for a low mileage car.Wonder how many oil changes it has?

here is my repsonse to a similar email

Spoke either to yourself or a college on the phone re this car. Nice feature of this car is that it has low miles. On the other hand, the downside is that its a non cpo'd, out of warranteed car in less than a year, and too expensive.

Not worth my time, I'm better off buying a cpo'd 08 car with less then 20000 miles for much less money and far better protection of my purchase.

I think the car will sell to the right buyer. There aren't many Z4Ms with that low mileage around. It is essentially pretty much a new car. For example there was a member on M3forums who dropped nearly $22K on very low mileage m3 E36. Not everyone wants a car with a lot of mileage on it, regardless of how much money they may save over a comparable car with a lot less mileage.

Well thats the whole point in my searching is to find the lowest mile car I can find and this is just crazy town pricing.
