Max steering angle at HDPE/Roadcoarse

Looking for some input on maximum expected steering angle on average road coarse situations. On my Supra, I found myself steering almost 120 degrees on one or two corners, depending how deep I would enter them. Do most of you never exceed 90deg?

Reason for asking: I'm testing fitment of some wheels, removed my springs, and am trying to clear fender/liner obstructions. At 180 deg steering angle, I'm doing good at maximum compression, but anything more than that and these wheels will rip the fenders out!

Even if you don't exceed the 180 under normal conditions if you spin or have an "off" it's likely you're going farther than that IMHO.
