Exhaust tips too close to bumper cutouts?
How far does everyone typically have their exhaust tips from the top of the tip cutouts? I have mine about 7mm from the cutouts, and although I do not have any burn issues yet, I'm wondering if the bumper/paint can withstand this type of temperature. I have the Rogue Engineering exhaust tips that are a bit larger in diameter than stock.
Has anyone noticed any problems after a hard day auto-x or tracking?

my bastuck exhaust initially touched the bumper which obviously caused the paint to melt. i fixed the issue by throwing in some washers between the bolts and nuts to bring it down a bit. it now sits about 1/3" from the cutout which is pretty close to 7mm and I've yet to see any issues so I think you'll be fine. But to be safe, you can put in some washers too.
