Nav Question
One thing I know little about in my 08 M Roadster is the Nav CD. I have all the stuff that came with the car, including the CD holder for the Nav CD. The holder is empty and the Nav works, so I assume the CD stays in the Nav computer in the center console, my question is, does that factory CD cover the whole US? is getting an updated CD worth it?

You are getting the CD and DVD components confused. The music player in your dash is for CD's and the player in the center console is for DVD's (i.e. the navigation DVD that comes with the car).

The navigation DVD stays in the DVD drive that's located in the rear storage compartment between the seats. DVDs up to 2009 had the entire US on a single disc. From 2010 on they went with a different map provider and it's now 2 DVDs, east and west. Is it worth it for the new maps? Not really for the price they want, but FYI, burned DVDs usually work just as well.
