I have no interest in having this lip, but your DIY install is probably the most thorough, complete, professional, and clear of any DIY I have ever seen....exceptional work Sir!

Incredible Ian! No where can I purchase that blocker for the center of the lip? Any chance you would want to make a run of those? I want one bad!

I think I still have enough left over material for a couple more.
I can make these for not a lot of money, but I'm not sure how expensive shipping would be.

I'm looking at shipping one out for someone else, so let me check that first.
Then if the cost is reasonable for those that want them I'd be happy to help out.
(I can get more Lexan if needed)

You are incredible Ian! Shipping shouldn't be too bad... worst case I will just fly up on day on the weekend and pick it up.

UPDATE:

First; since the install info above, I have had a few long runs at speed.
Everything worked nicely

2nd - The Lexan fill strip
I checked shipping to 23456, it's about $30. (UPS standard)
As expected the length drives the cost up a bit, but not too bad.

It looks like $55 shipped would cover things.

I was planning to make a minor change to mine the next time I have to take the front end apart.
I would do away with the d.sided tape and instead drill up from the bottom & fasten with self tapping screws.
For this I would bond some additional blocks on the back (easier to target for drilling & a little more support)

So... You would get:
1. the fitted strip which is 1.5" high.
2. Wrapped in matte black 3M vinyl
3. 2 depth set stop blocks, which go behind @ each end (see pic above)
4. optional - if you want the 3 rear spacer blocks (pic) I can do that too. But you may be OK with your current spacers.

Material
- I only have enough Lexan for 3 more fill pieces.
- I have lots of vinyl
- I'm basically out of d.sided tape, but if you screw it in place it's not needed.

Looks to me like Shipkiller, F360C & Finnegan have dibs on the last of the Lexan I have now.
If more are needed I can get more, but I may need a minimum order.

PP (gift) would work so I don't get dinged for their fee.

I should be able to make them this weekend, I'll PM you when ready

PM me when ready. If possible, I'd like the rear spacers as well.

So cool, thanks!

You lead the way, I just tweaked it a bit.

It's a distinct possibility, it would mean buying more material though.
I'll start a thread to see who else is interested.
If there's interest, I'll do a run.

I guess shipping to EU would be overkill for it, APR should do this out of factory, damn!
