Z4M Brake Pads
I know this DIY already exists but myself and wassup61 took these pics a few months back and since there are none of the front calipers I figured I'd finally throw this together once I had some spare time to supplement the original DIY.
Refer to the first DIY if you need a reference to get your car in the air and wheels off. Work under your car at your own risk. Use a flatblade screwdriver to pry this clip off Remove dustcaps Remove caliper slide pins with an allen key Use a clamp to compress piston to facilitate caliper reinstallation Can you guess which is which? New pads go in pretty straightforward. Clip inserts into the piston (inside pad). Outside pad slides in Rears are very similar. Right rear wear sensor Removing slide pin. V3's shock has an external reservoir which makes this a PITA Don't forget about this clip Some info on proper bedding here |

FYI - Monroe does not make Brake Friction; they sell the brand to those that do...

Stoptech and Cool Carbon make friction material applied to OE backing plates that is superior to OE IMO.
