Question Driver seat locked up

My son was cleaning the car when he ran the driver seat all the way forward, It will not operate now, in any direction, The backrest will not move either. I thought he might have blown the fuse, but not the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to tow it to the dealer.

Thanks,
