Coolant Leak

I have a small coolant leak in my 2004 3.0i that I can't find. I use 3 or 4 ounces of coolant a week. I can see a small amount of fluid on the lower engine bay sheet metal. I'm sure it's either a hose or the water pump. Anyone know how I can determine if its the water pump leaking ?

Garage List
I would also check the coolant reservoir on the side of the radiator (it has the radiator cap on it). I replaced mine on my '03 earlier this year, and it solved the leaking issues. It is a simple repair once you get all of the trim out of the way as it literally snaps into the radiator at the bottom. While in there, replacing hoses is a good idea.
