Inspection II done by Indy Shop
The local Indy shop performed the Inspection II on my wife's 2008 Z4 (E85) 3.0si (N52) roadster with 50k miles - described as Mile Maintenance and Inspection Service: Inspection and Maintenance according to manufacturers specification. Including lubrication and inspection of vehicle systems.
Total bill was $530.00 - parts were $200.00 and labor (3 hours) was $330.00. Oil filter, air filter and cabin filters were replaced. 7 qts of 5W30 Mobil 1 Synthetic, topped off the windshield washer and added cleaner to the fuel system. Front brake pads have 25% pad life left, so those weren't changed and neither was the brake fluid. Will have it done next year. The passenger seat back was loose so they reattached it, but advised if it comes loose again an adhesive will be needed or a replacement panel. They said the vehicle's overall condition was great. Could have saved money doing it myself, but with this car would rather have a qualified person and reputable shop perform the work. |
