removed the headlight washers, do i have to clamp the hose?

hi guys, i did the headlight washer delete a few weeks ago, car is going back together as we speak.. no do i have to clamp the hose? I've removed all of the washer equipment there, but the pump is still there. i also have the circuit breaker (fuse) pulled on that system, so hopefully no need to clamp anything..

I think with the fuse pulled, you're probably OK.
Just to be safe I jammed a bolt in the end of mine and cinched a little hose clamp around it.
