Z4 - how is this part removed

Hi, does anyone know how to remove and replace the following trim piece? Specifically, how do I remove the thin piece of plastic that keeps the seatbelt in the seatbelt shoulder guide? I believe this part is specific to M-Sport Seats.

Isn't there a screw on the back side face that faces the rear of the car? I don't have access to my car right now but I'll check later tonight.

yes, there are some screws, but they look like they remove the whole assembly from the seat. I'm just trying to remove the thin piece of plastic on the outer edge that completes the oval that the seatbelt glides through. You can kinda see that it's a separate piece of plastic that looks like it clips to the larger piece of plastic. However, I don't want to yank on this thin piece of plastic in the wrong way and break it just because I pulled it left instead of right.

I believe the top half of that this strip comes out of the main body. It has a plastic tab inside that you can't see that holds it shut. I agree that it seems easy to break as I believe mine was when I got my car.

Sounds like I have to take the whole assembly off the seat to release the clip. Should have guessed it.

If you just want to take your seats out, I was able to push/wiggle my seat belt through the hole pretty easily.

The top of that clip just snaps into place. To 'open' it, pull the top of the clip backward from the seat and it will detach - closing it up just snap it back in.

You are correct.
I pulled the top part of the piece towards the rear of the car and it popped out then yanked the bottom part straight up and out twisting slightly.
