07 Z4 M coupe - Phx, AZ
I am selling my 2007 BMW M coupe. I am the 2nd owner and the car has 119k miles of which the 1st owner drove mostly highway. The car has a professionally installed 3M vinyl wrap in Black Rose Metallic Gloss with carbon fiber accents. It is originally Black Sapphire Metallic. The interior is black with the black carbon leather dash. It has aftermarket dark grey metallic wheels but other than that the vehicle is stock. Vin #: 5UMDU93457LL93734 I have receipts from some of the maintenance items that I have replaced (Brake rotors/Pads, Ignition Coils, Alternator.. etc) Oil changes have been done every 4k miles instead of the recommended longer intervals. Blackstone oil analysis was done around 110k and everything looked great! I also did check valve clearances at around 105k and they were all within spec. The car has normal wear and tear that a well kept vehicle of this age and mileage would show. I printed up a clean carfax to go with the car. I want something bigger and more comfy to drive and may go for a 335i or bigger AMG cars. Asking 19k and I'm pretty firm on that. Shipping arrangements would have to be setup by buyer. PM or Email at stuturner@cox.net Thanks -Stu Pics Sorry for picture quality. I will try to get some better pictures sometime soon. Last edited by redhot91gt; 03-07-2015 at 11:26 AM.. Thanks guys. Yeah, Ive had it for sale for a few weeks at 21-20 and no calls at all. I actually had a few cars in mind to buy already and wanted to get it sold quick, but doesn't look like that will happen. I think these cars require specific people to want to own them.

That's definitely the rule of thumb around here. I think the conscensus is that a lower price doesn't usually help sell, the car. Just need the right buyer.

Great color. It might help to show a lot of pics before wrap, so people dont think you covered up a turd.
Great price for that mileage. |

Gorgeous car and nice color, good luck with your sale! I also see you've updated to the better (M5) shift knob, might want to mention that was well.
Out of curiosity, are you still on the original rod bearings? That's great to hear about another S54 with high miles and no problems if so. GLWS |

The car had a ugly flat black wrap on it when I purchased it and I wanted to go with a different color combo. I do like the way it turned out. However, The wrap doesnt quite have the same texture as a really good paint job does. When you get close, it does have a very smalll amount of orange peel look to it. I am picky and all my friends say it looks just fine, but just letting people know before they go wrapping their car for thousands of dollars. The good news is the wrap has a warranty on it from 3M, and if any panel gets scratched or scuffed its as easy as replacing just that panel with new vinyl.
As for the rod bearings, I have not replaced them. It could have been done by the previous owner, but I do not have records showing that. I do have the blackstone results for the oil at 110k though. |
