Flap Cover to Oil Drain Pan under car replacement?
For a 2005 Z4, 3.0 engine. I was changing my oil and saw that the previous owner removed the plastic flap that covers the drain plug/pan area. How do I get a replacement for the flap only? Part #? I can't find it on REALOEM, etc. Do you think it'll be a problem if I never replace it?

^ saw that; strange thing is they show the same part for the M, which is incorrect.

Personally, it isn't a big deal if this cover is missing...I would not lose sleep over it. It's just a plastic cosmetic piece, which will eventually get broken again with enough oil changes (unless you're really gentle with it, which most mechanics/techs are NOT).

Yes, the pictures are the same for the ///M and non-M but the part numbers are different.
The M part number is cheaper, believe it or not. Of course it is physically smaller. |
