tranny model

It appears that my Tranny fluid is due for a change (slight gurgling sound in D & R with foot on brake plus I think a slight sluggishness when giving it some decent acceleration).
Is Redline d4 ATF a good selection?
Which Auto trans is in a 2003 z4 (E85) 2.5l?
About 7 qts of fluid needed along with filter and gaskets?

Thanks guys. Almost forgot, I too need to track down the whistle that is probably from the bellows. It is getting more pronounced.
