WTB GruppeM intake

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
If anyone has one they want to sell, let me know.
Not worried about price as much as availability.
Trying to avoid waiting for one to ship.

Thanks,
Chris

They are really rare,
Since they came out I think I have seen three in total for sale on the boards,
One of which I bought,

They are pretty cool, I think people hype them up a bit,
I actually sold my AFE intake to get the GruppeM, There is not much difference in the two TBH,

and for half the price of the GruppeM you have a similar/same sounding intake,

Since I've installed mine I have only taken the car out once and need a little more time with it to make a comparison to the AFE,

Looks wise the GruppeM is awesome,

But dropping 1K on an intake is a hard pill to swallow

You can gimme 1K for mine and I'll wait for shipping from Japan lol

Yeah I know it is a lot of money for an intake, and I considered the afe. The problem I am having is space. I am working on a motorsport plenum install and I do not have room for the factory or afe airbox.

What condition is your intake in. Maybe we can work something out.

thank your for your input

Chris

Shoot I'll sell you mine for $950 so I can get a new one. Bought mine used off a local owner. It's in good condition and I recharged the filter not long ago.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the offers. I am willing topay full price, but I can't see having you un-install and re-install the same mod just to help me out.

What does the GrupeM intake do for the car? I have an 07 Z4MC. What justifies the purchase, what will it do for my car besides looking great?

Looks great, sounds great, provides a bump in hp and torque, and allows space for a plenum upgrade.
