Car is getting a decent overhaul this weekend in prep for Oktoberfest at Laguna Seca. Any other folks attending?
- Rogue Engineering engine and transmission mounts
- Suspension refresh (worn bits and stripped set screws on spring perch [KW CS])
- Alignment
- Track Inspection

Been a busy summer and way too little spirited driving, can't wait to stretch its legs!

No but I heard a lot about it at ZFest which is taking place this week in Asheville NC. I guess a lot of folks from the middle section of the country had to choose between the events. Have fun!

Cool! Hope to see you down there.

Under the knife, rogue engine and transmission mounts done. Slight increase in NVH for sure (just as many threads say...)

Just ordered a bunch of general maintenance items; brembo front rotors and textar pads; spark plugs; air filter; and cabin filter. I'll be doing all that and an oil change this weekend.

Next time you guys need oem parts or aftermarket, try getting a quote from brad@chicanemotorsport.com
He works mainly with stuff that r on ecs or bimmerworld website.
Every time I quote around, his prices areare always cheaper than others by a lot. Say Alex that has Z4m is your friend and see if he gets you more discount so he doesn't give you internet price cuz I buy a lot of parts from him and my friends now.

Just had these added before our next Road Atlanta Event next weekend. 380's on the Front 355's on the back. Also, after 10 months my VRS bonnet finally arrived along with my new Recaros. These will have to wait for installation, the time it takes to get this stuff is the biggest killer, but well worth it.

They are, the street versions. The track versions are a little too loud for the street and daily driving. They set me back about $7500 installed and we will put them through a test next weekend at Road Atlanta.

Very nice! How would you describe the difference in brake feel and stopping power on the road compared to the stock brakes? Will be curious to hear your impressions after some track time.

Car is garage bound as I am sidelined with a fractured finger and no shifting ability. Still made it out to Oktoberfest at Laguna Seca to support a friend and see BMWs galore.

Stop-tech's are track approved in my book. Very pleased with the results on the track.

It's not a big purchase, but aesthetically I love them. I can't wait to put them on tonight. I'll be replacing all four roundels. I like the super clean look.

If anyone is interested I have a pair of aluminium roundels for the side indicators laying around. Brand new and never installed, 100$. That's what I paid for them.
