This is a heck of a deal on a package. I cannot speak to how they would fit an E85. I do know Guidok used the E46 exhaust bits with some mods to the s-pipe on his car. So if you can handle a bit of fabrication work you can save a ton of cash. I can tell you I have E46 headers on my car and they fit 100% perfectly. Not affiliated
