GB: DKF Hangers - June 2014

IIRC, Stromung uses the welded on nuts. Does this mean the welded on nut needs to be removed? Wouldn't the bolt supplied with the new hanger thread into the welded on nut? Has anyone used these hanger with Stromung without modification?

BTW, my Stromungs hang perfectly after fine tuning the alignment to fit the bumper opening. I just want to reduce the deep vibration in the 1800-2100 rpm range under medium throttle and thought these hanger might help. Any experience with reducing vibration with Stromung mufflers?

It would depend on the size of each one.
I have the same thing with Eisenmann. I plan to just cut it off...

Just checked the stock mufflers. The bolt also threads into the bracket, so the Eisenmann's and Stromung's are just duplicating how the stock setup is with the nut welded on.

Sounds like with stock, Eisenmann, and Stromung - they will all have to be castrated to work with this hanger?

Yes de-nutting is required.

I assume you had to castrate your mounting points? How much reduction did it give you for the drone (just ball park percentage).
