Is that still a 2.2 liter engine? You are getting about 300HP at the crankshaft from a 2.2
How much boost is that?

Yes, its still a 2.2 liter, and it gets 0.62 bars of boost The exhaust from ESS give about 10HP because of better flow when installing a supercharger.

I have for a while been looking for new seats in my roadster. And when I found BMWs own performance seats I was sold. The problem is that they are just fitting the 1series and 3series
So I had to modify the brackets, the belt attachment and get rid of the airbags. I have ordered new panels over the airbags attachment point, so it looks a little strange on the pictures.

Pretty happy with my Z4 at the moment

Those seats look sexy as hell! Well done on a very well finished car! Simply out of curiosity, how much did the seats cost? Also, how do they feel and are they rubbing against the center console at all?

Hi! Thanks I bought them used cheap for 2800$, in Norway they cost 7000$ They feel amazing, but they sit a little higher in the car, but no problem. They sit also very close to the center console, but no rubbing at all anywhere

Hey. Great work on the great looking car. Nice seats, too. Am I, however, missing something -- how are you taking on a Scuderia with "only" 300 rhp?

seats actually bring the interior of the car bang upto date makes a huge difference...... i really cant wait to do my seat upgrade then i remind myself.... i live in the uk, so roof off driving means i freeze my nuts off, heated seats are abig plus for me, when i choose my new seats i need to somehow retrofit the bmw heating pads into the seats as i really dont want to loose this function. your car reminds me just why i picked up a roadster, just as good looking as the coupe.... with a few simple mods it really looks awesome, this is imo one of the nicest Z4's. period! welldone.
