He basically said the same thing, yes stiffer springs lead to a harsher ride but nothing to extent that would cause frequent tire bubbles. Luckily I've found used tires with similar matching tread on ebay for decent prices so it hasn't been too bad. Not sure what to do next though...

Were the other tires used as well?
My only thought is that you could have been dealing with previous unseen damage.

Nah, all 3 bubbles occurred on new tires. It's only the replacements which were used.

Can you claim some type of defect warranty on the tires if they were new?

Not really, I think you would've had to purchase some tire replacement insurance which I rarely do. In all the years I've been driving this is the first time I've had an issue like this. And not to mention the fact it's happened on 3 tires, and 2 different models it doesn't seem to be a tire [defect] issue.

It may sound crazy but I'm going to chalk this one up to coincidence assuming you're *certain* you didn't happen to hit anything. Can't see any other factors at play here.
I once knew someone who's fitment was so aggressive/they rubbed so much they actually created a sidewall bubble that then blew out. You don't have any rubbing on your setup at all, correct? Nothing that could pinch the sidewall?
