2004 3.0 Z4 Roadster For Sale - Austin, TX
Car is sold. Thanks! Update: New Lower Price! This Z4 is now available for one week only @ $13,000 - FIRM. This is what I paid for it eight months ago and have improved it substantially: (plugs, brakes, perfect inner door panel, door dings & chips repaired...) This temporary low price is good until Friday, May 6. At that time I will consign the car to a local dealership where they'll charge more for it, and I'll still get my $13K minimum. As much as I love this car, it's not going to very suitable for a DD while in Los Angeles. Hate to do it, but I'm putting it up for sale. It will be on CL locally, as well as other online BMW message boards. Here's a general overview: Fantastic condition 3.0 inline 6 cylinder premium 6-speed manual sport option (w/ "Sport" button) MFSW (multi-function steering wheel) Toledo Blue, kind of a denim or indigo shade (rare and +$500 special order) on beige leather, tan cloth top, aluminum interior trim ~105K miles rain sensing wipers run-flat tires are in great condition factory modular 18" staggered wheels, also VGC (some very minor rash) new plugs 3 months ago new brake pads, all four corners, with sensors new rear rotors Go Mini Go front license plate holder - no holes drilled in bumper cover Power top works excellent CD stereo, A/C, heat, all climate controls work flawlessly No CELs ready for another "Inspection 1" (only because 5K on oil change wasn't registered/reset) BMW locally serviced through '09 (have printed previous records from local dealer) I drove it to LA and back just after purchase - a flawless ride. Got steady 29mpg the whole trip. Starts, runs and drives perfectly every time. Roof seals well, no leaks. This car has not been modded at all and has been very well taken care of by non-smoking adults. No damage. Clean Carfax. This car is a true pleasure to drive, and it has the balls to get moving when you want/need it. Title is in the mail to me (from my bank - should have it by the end of the week - 4/16). $13,000 OBO. Link didn't work for me either. Not buying, but from what I've seen the price may not get much attention. Around here a car spec'd similarly would be running in the $12k range and final purchase price may even be lower. Just an FYI. GLWS!

Damn, why does Flickr have to be so difficult and confusing to use! Try this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/4643189...519753/detail/ I don't know if this link is for my eyes only (when I'm logged in), but let me know if it works.
As for the price: it's a very nice Z4. I have some time to sell it and it's the perfect season for a convertible - all positives. As with any car, the price may come down in a month if I get no interest. Time will tell what the market will bear. Thanks for the feedback, guys. |

For a car with 100k on it, that is very very clean. I wish you the best with your sale!
Where were you a year ago when I bought my '05 That is a very nice color. Chris

Looking at the tail lights it's not an 06. KBB shows between low $8650 (trade in) to high $12690 private party for manual with premium package. NADA shows from $7600 to $14250. OP, you are very agressive with your pricing. I just sold my Boxster last month and mistakenly thought using private party value is a good guide. Anyway, I ended up selling it in the middle range of trade in value. This is just an opinion from one who recently sold a 2003 Porsche Boxster. Good luck with the sale!

I don't think $13K is "aggressive" at all. Over 100K miles or not, the car's damn near perfect, and still gets the EPA listed 30 mpg as when it was new. The new owner will be ecstatic with their purchase. |
