Dash scratch

Hey everyone. New to the site, but been reading it for awhile. Just wanted to know if anyone has found a way to remove or reduce scratches in the stainless dash? Previous owners must have laid something on the seat that touched the dash, and left "wiggly" lines behind as the item slid around. Most noticable in sunlight, so they're not that deep. Thanks...

Hi Silly, I actually just encountered this problem today. The dash is actually aluminum and you can use a scotch brite pad to help reduce the scratches. Just ensure that you go in the direction of the grain because it is after all brushed aluminum.

I don't get to check email often, so that's why it's been a while to get your response. Thanks for the info, I'll try it out for sure. Good thing is, they aren't deep scratches.

You could always do a 3M Di-Noc wrap or something similar.

Also where in Michigan you from?

I did it my self, I'm the local goto guy for interior and exterior wraps. I went to pyspeed.com and picked it up. Also stickercity.com has the best deal for the larger amount like for our entire car.

The wrap is always an option. Hopefully they will come out, since they aren't deep. I am from Midland Mich. Thanks.
