Z4M Front Bumper Relector Removal

Little help please, the Round Relectors - how are they attached to the bumper? Kinda looks like 3M tape as there doesnt seem to be any visible means of attachment.

Going to replace my front bumper wtih an "M" bumper. But I need to send it out for paint.

while its at the shop, have them fill in the circles for the euro look! well worth it

Thanks, thinking about it but I kinda like the reflector with Hellrot paint. Not as much of a contrast as any other color.
