You didn't say whether it was an automatic or manual. Automatics are always a little bit more of a crapshoot since back when the car was new, BMW was advocating LIFETIME/no maintenance automatic transmissions. This shortened the life of most automatics. If it's a manual, should be fine as long as the cooling system has been maintained with water pump and t-stat change at a minimum. If not, this would be the first service I'd do with a car of this year/mileage.

Is this being sold by a dealer or private seller? That'll influence the price. If it's being sold by an individual, pay the $100 or so to have an independent shop check it out. Auto or Manual? What's the condition of the tires? When were the brake pads/rotors replaced?
KBB is always a bit high, so don't consider that actual market value.

I bought my 2.5 auto z4 with 84k for 9800 and all I had to do was change out the LCAB, CVV, and spark plugs/gasket cover and it's great now. The market is kind of jacked up and there weren't much for sale when I was looking but in the houston area, 10k for a 80-100k miles is about right.

Also, I believe the drive belt should be changed around 60k or so. Good luck with the car and remember, being seen driving it is almost as fun as driving it.
