ESS's website only says the M54 engine, not the N52... not the 3.0si there are exhausts, but it's near impossible to find any good sound clips/videos...no intakes... suspension and brakes are fine, but I haven't seen anything about headers either...

LET Motorsports has developed a reflash for the N52-equipped BMW 328. Some folks on our sister list (E90Post) apprently saw a 6 hp increase from this. As far as I know they have not yet tried it on a Z4 with the same motor... but if you'd like to be our guinea pig I'd love to see the results.

Here's the (very long) thread describing the results: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=250489

After reading this I sent an email to LET Motorsports asking whether they'd tried the software on a 3.0si Z4 and they replied, "Not yet". So while the motor is the same as the 328 I'm not sure if the configuration is identical (intake, exhaust, etc.) so I don't think anyone knows yet exactly how well this reflash will work on our cars.

which is why I'm encouraging whomever might be bold enough to take one for the team...

being new to the whole mod world, what negative impact could this imply? could they not simply restore the origional programing?
