Only downsides to MF is that they rust out sooner than other brands imo. I'm mostly talking about surface stuff / aesthetics than perforation.

I dont believe number of outlet really matters in this case. It is just a tip afterall. Besides, the factory muffler is actually more freeflowing then most of aftermarket as far as Ive heard.

Besides, if someone wants, you guys can opt for dualoutlet and dualinlet, If that really makes any difference, as they are offered in magnaflow.

But anyway, I dont really mind whatsoever as it sounds really good. Isnt that the whole point of getting muffler anyway?

+1 on using these magnaflow's

I did the same thing, for pretty much the same reason. Can't justify $1000's on a pair of mufflers.

IMO these hit what i want, nice looking tips, lighter weight, bolt right in place of stockers & better sound.

Kudos to Exhaust Specialties in Beaverton they hooked me up with this setup for $320.

I tried this route but didn't get the right part number. Be sure to get ones with an offset inlet, not centered. That's what made me go custom. The ones I brought to the shop just weren't going to work. Great tips, too. Wouldn't mind changing mine out eventually from some offbrands they had lying around.

The shop did a very good welding job.
Did you get it done at JPG in Oakville?

Did you purchase flanges to bolt to the OEM Midpipe or cut them off your OEM cans?

I did not see myself swapping out the exhaust, so i did not bother with flanges, the the section just before the flange was cute all together then welded in the new cans.

So the oem cans still have flanges installed right now.

Great work!! Looks really good too. Gives me something to consider since like you I can't really justify spending over 1K for two mufflers.

Sounded really loud in the clip but good.

Anyone who spends that much on a pair of mufflers is absolutely clueless. My Magnaflows perform just as good as the rest of them and I paid half the price.

magnaflow mufflers are usually straight through, with perforation to dampen the sound
