The style of wheel lends to a love-it-or-hate-it look. I personally would have opted for a 19" rep with gunmetal accents. But kudos to you for trying something a little different!

I was originally tossing around the idea of changing my old M6 reps for a set of M5 reps earlier this Spring. However the thing that bothered the heck outta me is the fact that the M5 reps don't have the same concavity as the real ones and for that reason alone I couldn't pull the trigger.

I think you have way too much grease on the tires as well... IMHO.

Screws come with it? I got bupkis. No screws, no holes, no instructions.
Oh well. I'll probably do a better job of mounting it than they came up with anyway.

Mine didn't come with instructions, either, but it's really all personal preference as far as exactly how far back/forward you mount it. Mine came with 12 self-tapping screws, but those can easily be found at a hardware or auto parts store for next to nothing.

Was the install a PITA? or was it pretty straight forward. Drilling? Existing holes?

Thanks and like I said before . I like the wheels

Very simple installation, especially if you have ramps to put the back wheels on or 2 jacks to lift it up a little to give you more room to work. You have to drill holes in, but it's simple work.

I think they look great. Have been considering these or the Apex EC-7s. Will probably end up with the Apexs, but these look real good. And you definitely don't see them often at all. +1 for originality. And, of course, if you love it, who cares.

I think the rims look really good....

First set of pics your brake scrub looks bad, like the pads are barley touching...

The first pics were literally minutes after getting the new pads put on, I hadn't really driven on them yet. It got better after seating the pads and driving on them for a while.

Exactly. And in the end, they're just wheels, I can always change them out in the future.

A little drop I.E. H&R 1" Drop Springs would really set it off!

I'm trying to decide whether to go the spring or coilover route for my drop. I've seen a lot of reports of spring drops resulting in hydraulic shock failure within 15K, at which point the cost of replacing shocks combined with the springs would be enough that I might as well have just installed coilovers from the beginning. I don't know, I still have plenty of time to figure it out.

Thanks! And it was pretty cool getting to meet someone from the forum randomly like that.

Update on how I mounted my diffuser, as it didn't come with any hardware.
Clamped it under the body where I wanted it to sit.
Drilled 4 evenly spaced holes about 1/8" diameter through the diffuser and the bumper cover.
Used 4 of these screws that are used all over the under tray, and these standard nut clips.
They're not clipped to anything. Just lying flat on the inside of the bottom of the bumper cover.
