Just traded my roadster for something a little more practical that the wife can enjoy also (09 328i), so I am selling my remus cans.

Sounds great! No rasp/no drone (in case you didn't know

The mufflers are currently on the car, the dealer is pulling them off monday and they need a new home!

$700 + shipping.

photos will be available monday, but they are in very good used condition. Bought them from unionjack and they were only on my car for 1500 miles.

Guys, sorry for the delay - its been a crazy weekend.

The cans are being pulled off of the car by the dealer right now. I will then send pictures to those who inquired.

on the fence. i think it looks incredible but i heard the remus is quieter so i figured i might give it a try. i really prefer the tips on the diablo though.

I got em, like 'em, thread here.

They are not 'quiet' exactly, but they don't rattle your fillings like some aftermarket pipes.

I usually don't say anything about prices in FS ads, but this is not a great deal considering he bought the exhaust for $600, the whole point of having a community is not to screw each other...

I don't think it's unacceptable to ask $100 more. Consider the fact that most of the time when you sell something here you end up letting it go cheaper than your asking price so he probably is asking $700 thinking he will end up taking $600.

I have to agree. Many of the car parts I've sold in the forums I let go way below market value to move them fast. Other parts I hang onto until I get the price I want. It would not bother me one bit if someone turned around and made a profit on the items they just purchased from me. I got what I was looking for and it is up to the next buyer to determine what they are willing to pay.

Also, it's not like he bought it with the intention to resell it for a profit, he is selling his car.

But anyways, back on topic. I'm still interested, if not only to compare with my Diablo and then decide which I prefer and sell the other LOL.
