Z4 Inspection I, Sticky Steering and Brake Flush

Had this service done today at the BMW Dealer in Columbia, SC. I used a coupon for a 13% discount. The Sticky Steering problem was fixed under the CPO warranty for a $50 co-pay. Brake flush was extra at my request.

Thought some might want to see the receipts for what this costs in SC and might need the sticky steering info for a warranty claim.

See attachments.

$129 for a brake fluid flush; that's criminal
Even if they did the clutch too that's way too much to pay. You can buy yourself a Motive Power Bleeder http://www.motiveproducts.com/
and a liter of Ate TYP200 brake fluid for about $80 and pocket $49

Agreed. I will be installing the bleeder valves for the next flush. Going with mity-vac for the next oil change. Note that they put Valvoline 5W-30 Full Syn. in instead of the BMW/Castrol. The good news is they did not over-fill like the last dealer.
