Inspection One Items

Can somone point me to the most comprehensive list of Inspection One To-Do's? Apology in advance, work has got me crazy busy otherwise I'd spend the time and search for it.

I want the list to price out and Indy shop to do the inspection sans oil and brake fluid change (and perhaps tranny/diff fluid change) as I'll do those myself.

whats your mileage at? im at 30k and i do not get any warning about when my inspection one is

I'm at about 25K, the car was 4 years old at end of July. I started getting the warnings at startup with about 2,500miles to go. 30K does sound like it's getting up there from what I've read.
