CSL headers
Donavan,
can you give me quick run down what else is needed when buying these headers for my z4m.. I'll need a tune? euro cats? would i pass smog in CA? -joe

You'll need 18 new nuts for the studs (11721437202), six gaskets at the block (11627830667), two gaskets for the header to the cat connections (11627830668), one new air pump valve gasket (11727505259), Euro cats or equivalent, two new cat/section 1 to x-pipe gaskets, 8 new front reinforcement plate bolts (31106772199) and four clips to hold the O2 wiring in its new location (12521437136). O2 sensors will need to be relocated but it's really not a terribly difficult job. I split the wiring loom all the way back to the computer when I did mine and had a TON of extra wire. With Euro/CSL headers and Euro cats your should pass CA emissions just fine. Can't say first hand but several have had success. Guess I'll find out for sure next year.
