What part are you stumped at? Removing the radio?

i saw that... looks like the trunk.
this is the set-up i got...the two big connectors on the left look like they should fit together, but that doesn't make sense to me that they would just connect back to each other ... how does this thing connect to my radio.... and the smaller plug (10-pin) looks like it connects to the DICE unit. and the blue connector is obvious as to where that goes... the instructions are pretty useless to me, they don't show the large connector... i'm hoping Tom at EAS will help out. |

It would appear the cable is this item here: http://www.europeanautosource.com/pr...roducts_id=665
I've never used or seen any Dice product before and have zero knowledge of it. But from looking at pictures, it would appear you need to do the following: 1 - unplug factory cable (xxx) from back of radio 2 - plug male end of dice cable into xxx 3 - plug other (female with blue rectangles) end of dice cable into back of radio where xxx was originally plugged into. 4 - plug remaining pigtail from Dice cable into Dice unit.

Anxious to see how it works for you. I believe I warned you last week to do your homework before buying the DICE.
Tom is a good man, I believe, and will help you all he can. |

there is only so much asking and research i could do... it was time to take the plunge... tom called me and answered all my questions (thank you tom), and it was a cinch... the only issue i had was that the instructions were not the correct set which was confusing the hell out of me. after tom explained it to me, it all made perfect sense. all-in-all the install took me 20-30 minutes, and the DICE works perfectly. i love it! |
