Thanks everyone. Sorry for the VERY late reply. Here are some of the answers:

Location: RC Harris Water Treatment plant
Paint: Not paint. Emerald Green Vinyl Wrap
Fender pattern: Stickerbomb (wanted to bring some JDM culture to our GDM car)
Black logo: I made them myself. I just cut out black quadrants out of vinyl and stuck them on top of the logo. I think they look better than the original blue/white
