My mates track version of the 350z was a beaut car, and it ran solid and strong., not too certain, but yeah Nissan very reliable. Bmw ... Certain models not so. Both are great platforms, either one you will love.

It's all about looks for me. 350Z is just too much a$$, If these cars were sisters, the 350Z would be Khloe.

Didn't say she wasn't cute, just more of her in the trunk that's all.

Garage List
I've had my 2006 3.0i since May 2009 and love it . My next car will probably be another Z4 although I like the new F-type Jag the trunk looks too small for taking on a long driving vacation.

I've never been in a convertible that felt so solid, with over 100k miles on it the only rattles are from the cupholders which probably squeeked since new (these are the only thing about the car I hate, it would have been better had BMW not equiped the car with cupholders). Repairs on the Nissan might be cheaper but in my opinion the higher cost is worth it.

A big part of owning a convertible is to be seen in a convertible and no matter where I go people look at my Z and smile. While driving in the Hamptons in the summer I feel like a celebrity .

Were I driving a 350Z through Amagansett I doubt anyone would give me a glance.
